 I was the Chief Legal Officer for over 20 years in a variety of companies including both public and privately held companies.  I am an operationally-focused and strategically-minded attorney with broad experience in growing companies in various industries and sizes. I thrive in dynamic and transforming environments where time-tested leadership is needed to build solid platforms for growth. I've architected several transformative events that have resulted in significant increases in shareholder values through top-line growth, efficiency gains, and the ability to position a company to seize strategic opportunities.

My legal background is well-rounded with experiences including: equity and debt transactions, private equity, entrepreneurial management, investor relations, finance, human resources, risk management, operational, venture capital backed transactions and M&A activities within the software, professional services, SaaS based offerings, in enterprises ranging from startup to over $1 billion.
